  I stayed at the Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills for a couple of nights, and overall it was a really comfortable experience. The location is probably one of its biggest strengths—right by Rodeo Drive—so it was easy to walk around and explore the area without needing a car all the time. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a nice balance between classic and modern design. The bed was especially comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day out. I also appreciated how quiet it was at night, despite being in a busy part of the city. Service was good without feeling over the top. The staff were polite and helpful whenever I needed something, but they also gave enough space to just enjoy the stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and didn’t take long. I tried dining at the hotel once, and while the food was well-prepared, it was definitely on the pricier side, which is kind of expected for the area. Still, there are plenty of nearby options if you want something more casual or affordable. Overall, it felt like a solid place to stay if you want comfort and a central location in Beverly Hills. Not overly flashy, but reliable and easy to settle into.

  Great service and accommodations. Loved the two-floor fitness center. Friendly, attentive staff. Can’t wait to come back again.

  My wife and I went to the hotel restaurant hoping for a memorable breakfast to celebrate our anniversary. The service at the hotel restaurant was far from what I expected. We ordered avocado toast and a rodeo egg muffin. Both had an extremely hard bread base; it was practically impossible to bite into them. I also ordered a chocolate muffin, which was added to my bill but never brought to the table. When I mentioned the issue to the waiter, they removed the charge from the bill, but there was never an apology or even a hint of empathy. When making the reservation, I mentioned that we were celebrating an anniversary, but no one made any distinction. I expected much more from a restaurant on par with a Four Seasons, especially given that it's such an iconic hotel on Rodeo Drive. Unfortunately, it fell far short. The service was poor, even bad, and the food was disappointing.

  Loved the Valet greeting upon arriving. The vivacious young staff that checked us in. The pool is always a great experience. I am only sorry I did not get to use the gym( yoga studio) as I was not physically well. My last stay 8 years ago was amazing. This hotel is my favorite along with the Corinthia in London. Special acknowledgement to Surya our waiter for breakfast on our last day. He is meticulous in manners and customer experience. Our stay was brief - but felt like home due to staff. C.
