  We held a conference here and all of the staff, especially Natasha, was incredibly attentive and helpful. They acted quickly to any request and went above and beyond to solve problems, adjust facilities, and make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was executed perfectly, on time, and within budget. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

  Nice location, room very clean, comfortable mattress and pillows. However, as with many hotels the last few years, the 'extras' aren't that great. The restaurant isn't open for lunch, there are only some pre-prepared foods. The restaurant says it closes at 11, but when I tried to get something at 9:45 I was told the kitchen was already closed. The room doesn't have a menu, it has a QR code. The room tv shows netflix, apple+, etc., but if you've been wanting to catch up on a show you don't have a subscription for - too bad, those options are only if YOU already have YOUR login. The room has no notepad, no pen, no Gideon Bible, no extra blanket in the closet, no clock, no microwave (there was a mini fridge). Things are just not as fancy or easy as staying in hotels used to be. But still I would stay there again because it was clean. EDIT: I forgot to add they charged $40 FOR PARKING!!!!!

  Im an avid Hilton member and this hotel is one of the worst if not the worst I have delt with. We showed up to the hotel hours early hoping to get in early. Not avaliable, no biggie. We left to go explore and came back at check in time to be told the room wasn't ready yet. We left, expecting a call to inform us our room was ready, nope. 2 hours later we called and they said it just got ready. Okay not the end of the world we wanted late checkout so we figure they would give us the 2 hours we paid for on check out. We where wrong.. front desk says nope they don't have rooms to do that, although I can book multiple room options online. So yeah we didnt even get what we paid for.

  These people are scammers! booked 2 nights with this hotel and decided that I didn’t want to stay upon arrival. The hotel rooms seemed outdated and old and I was looking for something more modern. I let the front desk know that I would be leaving (after only being in the room for an hour), they said no problem and that they would issue me a full refund for both nights. I noticed after a week that the refund never came, called them back and they said that the refund did indeed process on there end. I called my bank who confirmed that the refund in fact did not come through, put the hotel on a 3 way call with my bank in which they told me at this point it would be best to file a dispute. Now here I am 2 months later, waiting for my bank to finish the dispute for a hotel I never actually stayed at. Getting in touch with the manager of the hotel is impossible and he has never returned a single phone call. Beware. The Hyatt is a much better option if you’re looking for hotels in that area. Also want to note I never even got my deposit back for a hotel… that… I .. never stayed at. Absolutely ridiculous

  The scenery is beautiful! Staff need work. They need to hire receptionist who speak and understand English. When my husband check in the lady, who had broken English, ask if he want 2 bed or 1 bed and my husband told her that he will take whatever his wife reserved. I made a reservation over a month for room with a king bed with beloncy for 2 nights with parking and 1 dog. She went ahead and gave him a bedroom with 2 queen beds. We didn't know this until we started to unpack the car and head to the room. When we noticed my husband went back and ask the receptionist to change to our original reservation and the front office lady told him she couldn't because we need the confirmation email plus they no longer had king bed. When my husband told me this I decided to go talk to her and show her our confirmation email only then she decided to give us the correct reservation and she blamed it on my husband for not being clear on what he want when he told her to follow my reservation that they had on file for over a month. Nevertheless, we notice on the morning of check out that we had been over charge. Lucky this time a different receptionist inform us that there was a double dog fee that was done by the pervious receptionist and she went ahead and removed it. Receptionist need to follow the reservation people make and only make changes when the costumer ask and the hotel has the availability especially when their is a language barrier. They need to attentive to detail to ensure they not over charging customers. Bed can be more comfortable and pillows not so soft were your head sinks in.
