There was an entire football team eating at the same time, easily 50+ people, and she worked incredibly hard to keep everything stocked, replenished, and running smoothly. She was emptying trash cans, refilling food, and cleaning tables nonstop, yet every time someone asked her for something, she responded with a smile and absolutely no signs of stress or frustration. Her positive attitude made the whole experience even better. Wonderful service and a great experience. Thank you so much!

I called to see if they remedied it and they said they did. I decided to give the hotel another chance and they still have ants. They were even crawling in the toilet as the video shows.
