    The breakfast area had ants all over, very disgusting. When I told the front desk person about the ants, they did not seem to care one bit. This is an older renovated hotel. In my room, the bedroom area was updated but the restroom & entryway were not. I prefer to stay in a new or fully renovated hotel. My room had an adjoining door to the next room, which I was not told beforehand or I wouldn’t have chosen it. Extra fee for parking at the hotel. Overall, I don’t recommend this hotel & won’t stay here again.

    I don't have much expectations, when I'm traveling for work basically all I'm asking for is a good stable internet a clean room, a working electrical outlet can be nice as well. Well none of this happened when I checked into this hotel the garbage can in the restroom was full from the previous guest, the towels didn't smell like laundry at all, the internet service was so unstable I could not work in the hotel, faucet leaking in the bathroom, the outlet next to the bed did not work and I only found out in the morning when I saw my phone did not charge and I had to start the day with no battery

    Had a great experience staying at Holiday Inn Express and suites in Belmont, Ca. Great accommodations and the room was amazing, big comfortable and all the amenities. Breakfast was excellent and the best part excellent customer service by Ram, and all the staff overall. Major kudos to all of them, specially to Ram.

    The gym is too small. No weights and no mats and no room to spread out for non aerobic work on the three machines in there. There are three trash cans in there but no label as to which one is for the towels and which for the trash so it looks like people are putting everything in both! The room was clean. I would have preferred no carpet. I’m giving five stars for the service I received in the kitchen from Diana. She was friendly and helpful.
