  We had the most wonderful family vacation here! The hotel is very family-friendly, and the staff made sure our children felt just as welcome as the adults. We loved the pool area and the variety of options available at the breakfast buffet each morning. The room was large enough for the whole family to stay comfortably without feeling cramped. It was the perfect home base for exploring the local attractions. We created so many great memories here and can't wait to come back!

  1. Most important, the owners (this location is obviously franchised) are penny wise and pound foolish. Rather than do a pre-authorization like EVERYONE else, they charge credit cards for incidentals and then don’t release the funds for “7-10 days.” They instruct their employees to blame the banks through we all know that banks don’t hold funds that long when you return something. This location holds your money for 7-10 days just to gain a little leverage in their cash accounts. 2. They said that in order to get bacon at breakfast you should be there when breakfast opens at 6:30 because it is gone shortly thereafter. They are correct. But if there is no bacon at 6:45, then why wouldn’t you make more than the few pieces I saw at 6:30? This occurred every day that I stayed. It seems obvious that they are just saving a few dollars by not providing what is expected. In addition, and not unexpectedly, their two very modern coffee machine are set to produce extremely weak coffee. Again, the owners made a poor decision by not respecting their customers. Based on the way they pinch pennies to make more profit, I wonder where else they might be cutting corners on cleaning, sanitation, other food sources, etc. Stay away.

  The hotel and rooms checks all the boxes for a safe and sanitary room. Very clean and tidy in a new or very well maintained hotel. The only issue is if you have any discounts or club points to use the front desk cannot assist you. They simply don't have access. You have to do it yourself online.

  We have never been so disappointed with the comfort of a room or available amenities. That being said, the hotel staff is awesome.
