The only issue is if you have any discounts or club points to use the front desk cannot assist you. They simply don't have access. You have to do it yourself online.

The manager Jennifer specifically told us "we are a private facility and turn away frustrated customers before they check in. We don't want them to check in and find other things they don't like so we part ways before that could happen."
