Staff were not helpful about the situation and upon check out the next morning when I explained this happened and was not happy about it the staff just stared at me without any initiative to remedy the horrible night. Staff said a manager would call me after I pressed about not being happy with my stay, however, days later a manager still hasn't reached out. Heard from family in the area that this has happened at the best Western to others they knew. I will be avoiding this place in the future.

Best Western totally came through for us, let us check in early and was so helpful with my two cartloads full of luggage, on check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again! Loved the room set up for myself and the dogs!! (I bring my own "dog cover sheets" so they can hang out with me and not mess up the linens. :)
