  I am writing to share how much we enjoyed our recent stay at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler. We had a wonderful experience and were particularly pleased that we could bring our mini golden doodle, Vader, along with us. Our room was spacious, very clean, and perfectly suited for our family's needs. The staff were all fantastic, the check-in process was seamless, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. While we enjoyed the easy walk to the village, I did want to mention that I wish dogs were allowed on the resort shuttle, especially since the property is so pet-friendly. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely go back. Thank you for the excellent hospitality.

  Great stay as always, staff are always attentive and helpful with a smile. Need to give a shout out to Anthony from the valet team, great person to have drive you around town, friendly and helpful. That said all the valet/front door team was the best. Braidwood staff also need recognition! Great food and service as always. Pool staff were also attentive and pleasant. One suggestion would be to update room televisions so that you can cast or stream content from your subscriptions, this seems to be the standard when we travel.

  My husband and I stayed at the Four Seasons Whistler for a week and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are incredibly comfortable, and the service truly lived up to the Four Seasons reputation. What really stood out most was how thoughtful and caring every member of the team was. A special thank you to Claire at Concierge Services, who was incredibly helpful booking some once in a lifetime experiences, and the Resort Assistant Manager Ioto, who went above and beyond when we needed a little extra assistance. His professionalism and kindness made all the difference and really reflected the hotel’s commitment to exceptional guest service. We had a fantastic week and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable.

  Our recent 5-night stay at Four Seasons Resort Whistler was lovely! A perfect location for access to the Villages, parks, trails, nearby sights and restaurants. Honestly, our best meals were right at the resort - at Braidwood Tavern (patio & inside) and SIDECUT Steakhouse. Each & every member of the team (front desk, concierge, valet, Braidwood Tavern, bar, pool) were exceptionally professional, informative/helpful and overall, extremely pleasant and guest-service oriented. Special shout-out to Katie Kuo and Kenneth Nicholas for their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring a fantastic guest experience. We shall return!

  $4000 of hidden extra charges during our stay was insane. The biggest problem is the billing. We paid for our stay, went hiking, and after three days we checked our bank account and found multiple charges from the hotel -$200, $600, $150, $1000, and more. Total was -$4000 of EXTRA charges. We hadn’t touched the minibar or used the spa, so it was very confusing to see all of these charges appear without any explanation. Good thing we’ve checked the card and hopefully the hotel will resolve this issue. We stayed in room 539. The room itself was beautiful, but it was extremely bright at night. The reviews mentioning how bright it gets around 4 a.m. are absolutely true. Unfortunately, the brightness wasn’t the only issue. Breakfast was also a strange experience. It’s advertised as “all you can eat,” but you’re still asked to wait to be seated, even when there are only 30 minutes left before breakfast ends and plenty of tables are empty. The process doesn’t make much sense. Another downside that isn’t clearly mentioned: if you order room service, you’ll pay an $11 delivery fee, plus a delivery tip, plus a tip for the meal itself. Ordering something as simple as a burger ends up costing significantly more than expected. Service was consistently slow. It took about 50 minutes to get a teaspoon delivered to our room, and valet usually took 15–20 minutes to bring the car. Overall, the hotel is beautiful, but the number of unexpected fees and the slow service made the experience much less enjoyable. Greater transparency about charges and more efficient service would make a big difference.
