- LWLeah WalkerMay 13, 20265.0What an amazing experience! The hotel and views are absolutely beautiful. Every staff member was fantastic, especially the super sweet girl working as a room attendant on the second floor. She made us feel so welcome. We are already planning to come back next year!

- DMD MApr 21, 20262.0Dated as far as other BWs we've stayed at. Staff don't smile or say hello, seem distracted by screens. Wouldn't choose again. The plus is the covered, underground parking.

When I arrived, they had my reservation but no record of payment and told me to contact my bank instead of helping resolve it. Months later, when I tried to book again and explained my concern about sharing my card details, a supervisor said they didn’t “feel comfortable” booking me a room. Being a registered member clearly means nothing if this is how regular customers are treated. Poor handling of payments and even worse customer service. I would be cautious booking here.

It’s literally across the street from the Port Angeles and Seattle (Clipper) ferry terminals and a block away from Parliament. Beds were comfortable, hotel was clean, solid free breakfast and reasonable paid on-site parking.
