  7월 말일에 캘로나에서 숙박하지 않고 버논 Best Western Premier Route 97 Vernon에서 숙박한 것은 신의 한수 였습니다. 캘로나 메릿지역의 화재에도 버논의 호텔은 쾌적한 날씨였습니다. 캘로나 지역의 호텔이 비싼 것도 있고, 다음날 캠룩스로 이동하기 위해 버논의 숙소를 예약했고, 방문했습니다. 친절하고 깔끔하고 쾌적했으며, 수영장과 자쿠지는 잘되어 있고, 침대는 포근하고 편했습니다. 인근에 캐내디언슈퍼스토어 및 스시와 피자와 같은 곳들도 인근에 있어 도보로 이동하기에도 좋고, 차로 5분 내외의 거리에 다양한 시설들이 있어 정말 편했습니다. 캘로나에서 캠룩스로 이동하는 과정이라면 이 숙소 정말 추천 드립니다. 특히 캘로나에서 버논으로 오는 길도 너무 멋졌어요 !!

  Room was clean and the kitchen was good. Remember if you have personal stuff on the bed, then they won’t make your bed!!

  My wife and I stayed at this hotel from July 15 to July 18, 2026 to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. On our first night, We were assigned to a room at the 6th floor which we find very nice. The next day, we visited a Honey Bee farm and the famous Polson Park. We went back to the Hotel at around 7:00pm and decided to take a short nap. At around 8:00pm, we woke up and planned to go for a dip at the indoor pool. When I stood up to prepare, my wife was surprised to see a crawling "Bed Bug" on my Pillow. (Refer to the attached pictures) I immediately went down to the report the incident to the front desk staff and I requested for us to be moved to another room and make it sure that this one is really clean. So, we ended up being moved to the 2nd Floor. With this incident, I am just wondering if the Management of this hotel is implementing a regular pest control to this establishment that includes a scheduled inspection to make sure that the place is free from unwanted pests. In addition to this, I asked the front desk staff to log the matter in their report booklet and make their Manager aware. This morning, before we left the hotel, I approached the front desk staff and ask if I can speak to their manager. But, I was informed that he is not available. Just want to express my disappointment to the Hotel Manager why he did not even tried to check how are we doing on that new room at the 2nd floor or even just phone us to make sure that we are fine. . . . How I wish that he could have at least approached us to apologize and assure us that this thing will be properly addressed to avoid the same thing to happen in the future. "Customer Service" should be improved on this Hotel.

  Really lovely room. Second summer in a row getting the full suite. Unfortunately we were really let down with the customer service , professionalism and respect this past visit. There was no aggressiveness on our end and simply stating we had spoke to customer service beforehand about an early check in turned into quite a ride response and solution from the front desk. Unfortunately I will not be back.

  Not with a great view, far from any natural viewpoint, for business trips it’s so so but for travel it’s kind of far from everything.
