- SWShawn&Mariellen WallMay 4, 20262.0We stay at this hotel at least once a year. This has been the worst stay. The staff were rude and unhelpful. We called to see about an early Check in and was told we could at 3pm. We showed up at 330 and was told the room wasn't ready. We waited 20 mins for the room. Once we got to the room it was on the wrong side of the building that the girl at the front desk said we would be on. The noisy side. We went back down and asked for the room we were told we would have and was written on our check in paperwork. We were told that room wasn't available and we would have to wait longer for a clean room in another floor. We asked for the room we were just given because we were tired of waiting. All of a sudden the room we had the keys for was not available for us. When we got in the room it was missing towels and we had to wipe down the whole room even though it had just been cleaned. The bed sheet corners were not pulled over and granola bar chunks still on the floor. The staff seemed to busy with each other rather than customers and cleaning the hotel. Wish we had read the reviews before booking this hotel this year. All the prior complaints seem to be the same as we experienced. Im don't think this is a staff issue it seems more like a managment or ownership problem. Not sure if this is the bestwestern premier that it says to be. Something has really changed in the last year.
