- WDWojciech Drytoday5.0One night before our flight was great. The hotel is close to the airport and offers a free airport shuttle. The front desk service was excellent, especially Anastasiia, who was very helpful.
- EPErica P3 days ago5.0Hotel is clean and comfortable and in a safe area. Location is close to several transit stops to get to the Sky Train or go to VanDusan Botanical Garden. Airport shuttle has great drivers that give you a proper welcome to Vancouver.
- MSMiki SMay 17, 20264.0A little pricey for me. Staff was great. Very helpful and accommodating. Area is a little run down but I did not feel unsafe. Rooms were moderate at best but it served my need for the time. Restaurant served pretty good breakfast.

First, the hotel advertised that the airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes, but when we arrived, we had to wait nearly 50 minutes for the next one. It was a frustrating start. Second, the front desk had a male staff member who was extremely rude. He didn’t explain anything to us unless we asked, and even then his attitude was very poor. Overall, not a good experience. Would not recommend.

The hotel is simple, clean and noisy. The restaurant cold and unattractive. Luckily there were a few other dining options closeby. Rooms are clean, but a bit noisy. Staff seems to have forgotten their smiles when we were there. Will we go again? No, had a far better experience at the Radison 2 weeks before.
