  Anastasiia was great! Her customer service was next level and made sure to accommodate our needs. She went above and beyond and you can tell she is dedicated to the customer. It’s not a far distance from the sky train and small local restaurants. We were able to carry four rolling bags and backpacks within a 15 min walk. The rooms were okay. They did what you needed and appeared clean!

  Our room was nice, comfortable bed. But we had a terrible experience with their shuttle from the airport. We saw him in the far lane. We waved our arms to catch his attention as he just flew by. We called the hotel 3x over a two hour period to have them tell us he comes by every 20 minutes. But he never came back. Other shttles were back 5 or 6x, but we were told he was in traffic. Finally he arrived and we were to the hotel in 10 minutes. No traffic. The driver then hung out at the desk over an hour (we were at their restaurant with a clear view of the desk) before leaving. We really were upset and felt lied to. For that reason, we will never return or recommend this hotel.

  It's alright. The rooms are good- clean, no smell and quite modern although a bit small. Beds are comfortable, tap water tastes good. The free internet is also perfectly fine unless you're downloading something big. Public transport is super convenient as there are bus stops right in front of the hotel, and the 2 bus routes serving the hotel are very frequent. I can't rate it more than three stars however, because getting in and out of this hotel's parking lot with a vehicle SUCKS. The entrances are not well marked and the main entrance is pedestrian only. Overall prices are also fairly pricy, but then again, it's Vancouver, what do you expect lol. But the staff service is good and if you need a place to chill out and sleep for a couple nights it's perfectly fine.

  Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens und hat einen eigenen Shuttleservice, den man vom Flughafen aus anrufen kann, hat sehr gut geklappt. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Zimmer war okay, das Bad klein und sauber. Es gab einen Kaffee-Teezubereiter. Das Essen im dazugehörenden Restaurant war schlecht. Frühstück muss man im Restaurant bestellen, es gab nur amerikanisches Frühstück in verschiedenen Varianten, was wir nicht mögen. Wir haben nach Toast und süßem Aufstrich gefragt. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr nett und hat uns, obwohl dies nicht auf der Karte stand, einige getoastete Scheiben Brot und verpackte süße Aufstriche gebracht. Das fanden wir ausgesprochen gut.

  I would give zero stars if I could. I made a same day booking due to a last minute flight. No one told me the refund policy over the phone and made the reservation directly with the hotel. My flight ended up being delayed causing my to miss my connection. I called the hotel about 2 hours after making the initial reservation to explain the situation, and they refused a refund giving me no explanation, simply hanging up on me. The credit card charge had not even processed yet. I tried calling back, as did my husband. We were not able to speak to a person to address our concerns.
