  Best breakfast of the 5 BW we did on our western trip. Great slide in the pool and right next to a beautiful marsh for walking. I recommend this BW plus - the food was average for supper but the service was top notch.

  Absolutely lovely hotel !! stayed here with my family kids loved the pool and water slide and we loved the clean and relaxed atmosphere food was also delicious at the restaurant!! Definitely recommend the best western in valemount if your over this way !!

  Rooms were small for what you pay you don’t get much. Pool was ok hot tub wasn’t that hot. Pool and hot tub for early morning swims before it gets busy opens late (8:00am) the hot tub in the morning was freezing. I was told they replaced the water so when it opened you could use the hot tub for over an 2 hrs might as well called it a lack lustre cold plunge a that point. Had breakfast it was just “ok” the kids wanted waffles but by the time we got there they were all out of waffle batter. They were not pre-made for efficiency. The breakfast staff didn’t come off as nice. I heard a cook walk through the restaurant saying “Jesus Christ” The host for the day at the restaurant consistently kept telling guest that asked they were out of waffle batter and she couldn’t grab things fast enough “Im just one person” not professional and not smiling or nice.

  Arrived after a long trip to find out that the pool was closed. This was unfortunate as I did have a child who was excited for this opportunity and I was excited to have a soak. In any case since I was paying for use of the facilities I asked if anything could be done. Essentially the outcome was a shrug of the shoulders and an invitation to join the rewards program. I may return if I pass through again and the price is right but I would not hold out hope for quality service. Nice setting though.

  We stayed a night there for a hiking trip in Mount Robson. Although quite pricy for August long this hotel room met our expectations. It was clean. Free of odours and generally quiet. We had a pet friendly room and were able to bring two of our dogs who slept soundly in their crates. There is a marsh walk directly behind the hotel which was very convenient. Breakfast was good but could have been included in the hotel stay price. Overall we had a great experience and would return to this hotel. Pictures attached are of the trail behind the hotel.
