  ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A comfortable one-week stay with very friendly staff. I stayed at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Terrace by IHG for one week and overall had a very pleasant experience. The staff were consistently welcoming, friendly, polite, and very helpful throughout my stay. They always made me feel comfortable and were happy to assist whenever I needed something. One of the things I appreciated most was the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms and common areas were very clean, and I often saw staff actively cleaning and keeping everything organized and tidy. Breakfast was included and had a good selection, although there were a couple of small issues. Sometimes some of the breakfast items were not as warm as I would have liked, and unfortunately on my first morning the coffee machine was not working, so there was no coffee available with breakfast. That was disappointing, but it did not affect my overall impression of the hotel too much. The hotel also has a pool and gym, although I did not have a chance to use them. I did use the guest laundry, which was very convenient. It was $2 for the washing machine and $2 for the dryer, and the laundry area was clean and easy to use. The hotel is located near the entrance/edge of Terrace rather than right in the center of town, but this was not really a problem. It is only about a 6–7 minute drive to the main part of the city, so everything is still easily accessible. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and especially appreciated the friendly staff, cleanliness, and helpful service. With a little improvement to the breakfast temperature and coffee availability, the experience would have been even better. I would stay here again.

  공항에서 호텔셔틀로 10분 거리에 위치한 홀리데이 인 호텔을 방문하여 체크인하며, 첫 인상은 깨끗하게 정돈된 분위기에 밝은 미소로 맞이하는 프런데스크 스탶들의 따뜻한 인상이 아직도 남아있습니다. 저를 맞이한 객실은 4층 이었고, 넓고 아늑한 방에 가지런히 정돈된 비품들이 마음에들었습니다. 커튼을 젖히니 한여름인데 높은 검은 바위산 정상엔 아직도 잔설이 펼쳐져 있어 다소 흥분도 했지요. 조용하고 안락한 침대에서 여정에 지친 피곤함을 충분히 달랬습니다. 아침식사는 정성스럽고 깔끔하게 준비된 음식들로 평소 집에서 즐겨 찾는 내용들로 마련되어 전혀 어려움 없이 만족스러웠습니다. 덕분에 즐겁고 만족한 여정 이었습니다. 혹 테라스 여행계획이 있으시다면 홀리데이 인을 강력히 추천합니다.
