  By an error on my end, we reserved a room at this Best Western. Both my wife and I know the difference in the various levels of quality of Best Westerns. Thus we had reasonable expectations. When we entered our ground level room, the air was stale and the floors did not feel clean. On the positive, the front desk staff was kind, we received a nice welcome gift and the bed was somewhat comfortable. Personally I would not come back to this hotel

  Had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained thanks to the excellent housekeeping team. The customer service was exceptional from check-in to check-out. The front desk staff were friendly, approachable, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. Their hospitality made the entire experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

  We had a very pleasant experience at this Best Western location in BC. We travelled from US had a large group with kids. The staff were very accommodating and understanding of our situation. Thank you front desk Mr. A. Singh and Ms. Muskan you guys have the most positive attitude. Ladies in the cafeteria are the most patience. Congrats to the whole team and thank you for making our trip most memorable ❤️🙏👍 From 113

  I had a wonderful stay at Best Western Surrey Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shopping, and major roads. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
