  Stayed here as a timeshare owner and wanted to give it a try for a working vacation. Loved it. Room was very nice. Keurig machine in the room. There is a daily continental breakfast with coffee, tea, muffins and fruit (fruit was generally apples, oranges and maybe peaches if in season). Sunpeaks is a resort town with high prices for food at restaurants and the small grocery stores so bring meals or snacks as needed. There is a kitchen with some appliances and a bbq that you can use. There is also a freezer that you can store frozen items in.

  It's a nice condo. Clean with several amenities. The staff are always pleasant. It's not a long walk up the service path to the village.

  Really sinking in terms of cleanliness, quality, service…we’ve been coming 10 years and it’s noticeably worse each time we come. The front desk could not give two hoots. Dishes left, carpets dirty, smelly room, fellow at front desk unkept and not polite. Don’t go.

  The view was beautiful, but there were no toiletries at all. The hotel’s heating system was broken, so we were moved to a different room. Unfortunately, the room we booked had a king bed, but the one we were given had a queen bed, which was disappointing.

  Not up to the standards of previous visits. No cooked breakfasts or afternoon teas that used to be well attended and a great opportunity to meet and mingle with other guests. The only hot tub was not operational during skiing season- a significant drawback. No replenishment of coffee pods for in-room machine, no toiletries other than a bar of soap. Rooms still well-appointed and comfortable but missing the ambience of previous stays in 2023 and 2025. Change of management very noticeable and lamented.
