  Be aware that they bill in USD. We cancelled a booking in advance of the 7-day cancellation window (so their terms say we shouldn't have been charged), but were still charged for the room. I called Westgate (the parent company, based in the US), and they issued a refund, but they didn't issue a full refund, and blamed the difference on the exchange rate. (The numbers don't totally add up, so I'm guessing there was some forex shenanigans going on.) Caveat emptor.

  Didn’t get to go because aqi was 300 day of my reservation, I’m sure the hotel staff is different because when I called they didn’t know what “resort” I was staying at so I assume I was talking to the parent company, guy I originally called said all I would have to pay was the down payment for reservation, 4 days later I get charged full. Call back and get told unfortunately we had to charge you 100% greedy corporations

  We had a lovely stay at Pinnacle Lodge. Comfortable rooms. Everything was clean and neat.

  Stayed here as a timeshare owner and wanted to give it a try for a working vacation. Loved it. Room was very nice. Keurig machine in the room. There is a daily continental breakfast with coffee, tea, muffins and fruit (fruit was generally apples, oranges and maybe peaches if in season). Sunpeaks is a resort town with high prices for food at restaurants and the small grocery stores so bring meals or snacks as needed. There is a kitchen with some appliances and a bbq that you can use. There is also a freezer that you can store frozen items in.
