  If I could leave a negative star I would. I’m extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received from this hotel. Due to an unexpected vehicle breakdown, I was unable to make my reservation and contacted the hotel as soon as possible to explain the situation. I wasn’t demanding a full refund — even some kind of partial credit, discount, or basic effort to help would have shown some understanding. Instead, I was told the front desk agent would speak with management and call me back. That never happened. I had to follow up myself, only to be told they would do absolutely nothing to assist. I understand hotels have policies, but customer service and basic compassion still matter. Emergencies happen, and the complete lack of communication or willingness to help left a very poor impression. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not book here again.

  Do not stay here. The room was disgusting. It reeked of cigarette smoke, the shower water smelled of rotten eggs, the bed had bedbugs, the towels were not clean and the carpet was stained. Overall it was a disgusting experience and would suggest staying anywhere but here. Your car would be a better place to sleep….

  Beds were wrong size, after 3 tries we finally got our right size room. Front desk lady was disrespectful. Charged us $200 for holding a room and hasn't returned it, room cost $161 with taxes which made it $361 in total, what a scam.

  The good: The building is currently under renovation so they are making big improvements, the room was pretty clean although it had some renovation dust, the beds where spotless ( I always check for bedb$gs before bring in my stuff) also the beds are VERY COMFORTABLE! Soundproofing was pretty good to hardly heard another guest, coffee machine is great. The less good: the reno work isn't great definitely rushed and on the cheap (understandable it cost a fortune to do that many rooms), our room had over spray from painting on the bathroom floor, tub, light switches, rug, there was a gap where you could see the back parking lot above the heat pump, the complementary breakfast seems to be always out of something and the pancake machine is pretty much nfg whole stay think I got 2 out of it before it would ask for help, parking lot is very rough needs to be paved (very expensive) Overall it was a good experience definitely a good value and the staff are kind.
