  Awesome service, great stay and walking distance to stores and the parking is good too. Will definitely stay here again

  Staff are truly lovely and very friendly and helpful. Really appreciated this. The breakfast was decent. Staff constantly cleaning, refilling and being helpful in the breakfast area.

  We had to find a hotel at midnight last night when all the flights at Vancouver airport were cancelled due to a huge thunder and lightening storm. Needless to say I didn't have the time or energy to search and compare hotels. When I called they were amazing, 1 room left! We secured it with payment information and we caught a taxi, only about a 10 min drive from the airport. The manager was friendly and efficient and we were in our room quickly. The pictures on the website are accurate. The bed was a big king size, which was fantastic as I was sharing it with my kid. I put a few pillows down the middle under the blankets, and still had so much room to stretch out. Very comfortable bed. Everything was very clean. We had to leave early to get back to the airport, but I was able to grab a couple of muffins and have some juice before leaving. The breakfast is included an starts at 6:30 am. Good seating area in the breakfast room, additional tables outside of the breakfast room. The breakfast attendant was helpful and friendly, tidying up the whole time as well.Thanks so much for being there for us!

  Thankfully they were able to get us into a room 1 hour early but the room was terrible! It smelt stale and I could not even think of eating in there. The carpet was stained, the dresser and table were both scuffed all over, the bathroom had a waterfall faucet that was mounted too far back from the sink so when we washed our hands the counter and anything we put on it got wet. The balcony had large amounts of bird poop on it and there was nowhere to sit out there. They said it had a park view but all we could see were cedars and an alley. And the outside garbage can was full to overflowing and there was even garbage lying in the entrance area for a couple of days. I saw a worker go outside to smoke but he made no attempt to empty or pick up the garbage. By Tuesday morning the garbage was emptied and picked up. I wanted to not only change rooms but change hotels but my husband didn't want to move at all because we were exhausted from being caught up in the Westjet strike and we had just come from Vancouver Island. The only saving grace was the breakfast which was free and had lots of variety including scrambled eggs and ham, and the attendant in there was so nice. I would not stay there again and I cannot recommend it.
