  Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht im Hotel. Der erste Eindruck an der Rezeption war gleich sehr positiv. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und sehr sauberer Eingangsbereich. Auch die Zimmer waren sauber, großzügig und das Bad sehr groß. Das Frühstück war eines unserer besten die wir während unseres 10 tägigen Aufenthaltes bis jetzt hatten. Gute Auswahl und viele Frische Sachen. Nur zu empfehlen.

  We came from the Island to spend one day in the city and have a last minute booking in Holiday inn. We were tired from our travel when we arrive, the receptionist greeted us with a smile and make the check in a breeze. Ms. Teen who attended to us gracefully and full of energy welcomed us in the hotel. It was a smooth and fast check in. When we went to our room, room was very neat and clean that was prepared by room attendant Mara. Good thing we were place on second floor where all amenities are closeby and close to ground since I have a kid with me. We ordered breakfast and room service Omar was quite a happy one. He is very friendly and spend a time to have a friendly chitchat with my kid. Did not rush and safely delivered our food. Washroom was clean and spacious as well. My husband enjoyed our stay and we were thinking that this will be the hotel we’ll ne staying if we visit the mainland

  Stayed here while filming for Crash Course Hotels. Favorite feature: The on-site restaurant covers breakfast, lunch, and dinner — and carries a selection of local craft beers. McDonald's is also directly across the parking lot for late-night or early-morning options. Amenities: Gym: Yes (small — machines, free weights, floor mats) Pool: No Self-Service Laundry: Yes (small — 1 washer, 1 dryer) Breakfast: Yes (included — eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, baked beans, fruit, cereal) Restaurant: Yes (lunch and dinner, local craft beers) Airport Shuttle: Yes (free) ATM: Yes (hallway near restaurant) Ice Machine: Yes (on every floor) Decent-sized room with microwave, mini fridge, coffee machine, iron and board, safe, reading lights, small couch, and a comfortable work chair. Bathroom is a good size with plenty of counter space. Ice machines on every floor — a small detail that's becoming rarer and always appreciated. Free airport shuttle is available.   I booked a room for my family of four from July 22nd to 27th and checked the cancellation policy through AI. It stated: Flexible/Refundable Rate Standard Policy: Full refund rates typically allow free cancellation a few days before arrival. IHG Standard Deadline: According to IHG's standard policy, flexible bookings usually require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid penalties. Furthermore, I couldn't find any cancellation policy on their website, even though I booked the room through their website. Less than a day later (less than 24 hours), I cancelled the reservation but was charged a one-day cancellation fee. I contacted Holiday Inn through their website, and they said the contract stipulates that cancellations can only be made one day in advance without exception, and my request was refused. I am extremely disappointed with Holiday Inn's cancellation policy. This is simply deceiving all travelers, misleading them into believing that free cancellation within 24 hours is possible. I hereby warn all travelers who may book the Holiday Inn Vancouver Airport-Richmond.
