  10 years outdated. Not in line with other Holiday Inn Express properties were they all have been renovated. This place the mattress is old and not comfortable. The pillows are all flat. Bathroom is outdated. The only positive is the location.

  The check in process was horrible!!!! Check in is at 4-- we arrived at 4. The front desk told us "the server" was down! We were waiting at the lobby for 30 minutes past our check in time! As we were sitting there at the lobby, there was a group of around 30 kids/teenagers that came in and the rooms were ready for them.. Unfortunately after being disappointed after waiting PAST the check in time, I came up the front asking for a refund and we were looking for a different hotel to book ( as this one was reserved only) As soon as I came up to the front desk ans asked for a refund: the guy states- " your room is ready" So; Check in was worst out of all the hotels we stayed at, And we have a suspicion that "the server" was not actually down!! They just wanted to keep all the room for all the teenagers/ kids that were in the band that were staying there that weekend

  I recently stayed at this location and it was a great choice! The location is close to Ironwood Mall and Old Spaghetti Factory, Watermania and Movie Theatre. The amenities are good with a well stocked breakfast. Great selection of items and constantly restocked. The rooms were clean and temperature controls were great. I was comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Juvy and Ilya were especially helpful and gracious hosts. They were very accommodating to any special requests and helped to solved my problems (even though it had nothing to do with the property). I highly recommend staying here for your next stay in Richmond BC.

  This hotel is at a great location with competitive rates! Not too far from all the tourist sites in Vancouver and close enough to the border for day trips to Seattle and other places. The service here is excellent. Check-in was very smooth. They even provided some coupons and ideas for tourist attractions and places to visit. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The protein options rotated daily. They had all the classics too (eggs, bread, oatmeal, fruit etc.). For us, complimentary breakfast was a big deal when choosing a hotel. They didn’t disappoint. Though we chose not to have our room cleaned everyday. When we did request, we returned to an impressively clean room. They have plenty of parking too if you plan to have a rental car.

  After staying here with our family for a night before a flight. We loved the layout of the rooms , spacious clean. Nice pool, hot tub. Around 9 you could hear the people above closing slamming dressers. Stomping , almost shaking our room with the vibrations at that point I made a call to the front desk. They apolagized the noise continued and honestly that for me is why I would never recommend this hotel to anyone who might not like hearing people stomp around all night or ..just get the top floor.
