  We stayed here after a really hard and long day of travel with a very carsick 18 month old. The laundry facilities were perfect and just what we needed to clean all his clothes and our car seat after a difficult day. The hotel was so quiet and peaceful despite it being very busy. Our little guy loved the bear in the front lobby 🐻 The gentleman working the evening shift on June 30, 2026 was incredibly helpful and compassionate and upgraded our room. He seemed like he truly enjoyed his job and I haven’t had such good service in a long time! The only issues we had were that the carpet didn’t seem to be so clean, and there was a vape left behind on the floor that our toddler picked up and stuck in his mouth right away as we were brining bags in so we wondered how clean the room was if that was missed.. about half of the outlets didn’t work in the room, but otherwise it was a very pleasant experience! The view was also lovely and the breakfast was spot on, with very kind breakfast attendants. We would surely stay here again!

  Front of house staff was lovely ! They had fresh coffee around and convenient snack and liquor store. Super friendly. The hotel has been updated but the actual bathroom in the room feels like sketchy Reno work. Grout lines seem dirty, moldy looking pink scum in shower. Very bad caulking jobs around the shower and vanity which makes me worry about water and mold. Whoever did their work should fix it. Usually BW is better than this! Always have had good stays with other locations

  Hotel was perfect for a group trip with friends. We stayed 2 nights. Spacious and clean rooms. Hotel looks really new and is well maintained. Staffs on site were professionals and genuinely helpful when we approached. There is enough parking all around the property, amenities are complete. Pool, hot tub, gym are well maintained as well Internet was good too Loved staying here and will be my go to for Revelstoke forever

  We recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Revelstoke and had a wonderful experience overall. The front desk team was one of the best we've encountered in many years—everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and happy to answer any questions we had. The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and the internet connectivity was excellent throughout our stay. The mountain views were absolutely beautiful and provided the perfect backdrop for capturing some great photos. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a great selection, and the dining area was kept spotless and well maintained the entire time. The only complaint was the air conditioner. It was quite noisy, which made the room less comfortable and made it difficult to get a peaceful night's sleep. Despite that one issue, the outstanding staff and excellent amenities made for a very enjoyable stay. We would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Revelstoke.

  The hotel is located just off the highway and has a liquor store attached, making it easy to grab a drink and unwind after a lengthy drive. The rooms are large, clean and very functional. There are two outdoor hot tubs and a small pool. They are nice and private from the surrounding parking and street. They are also well kept. A small fitness room and on-site laundry offer something for most people's needs. The breakfast is definitely a step up from most included hotel breakfasts and was fresh, hot and replenished regularly with a nice selection of your typical breakfast offerings. The breakfast staff was attentive and personable. The front desk staff was very cheerful and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Revelstoke and I believe the price is higher but reflects the comforts afforded. It is a bit of a distance from the main drag and that would be my only complaint.
