    The rooms were clean, and the location is fine, but the staff are a mess. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else. It isn’t worth it. No. It’s this location, and you’re the one that lied to me. Thanks, though.

    Probably the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in except for Central Cairo (Egypt). Right next to highway with ineffective double glazing / soundproofing. Check in staff terrible. Checked in at 4pm, car park virtually empty and despite requesting a quiet room was offered only a romm right next to lifts and ice machine, or overlooking noisy highway and vehicle drop off area outside reception. Told these were the only options despite clearly very few occupants had arrived yet. Clearly b.s. Put me off ever booking a Best Western Plus again.

    This is a really solid highway chain hotel and has been my go-to hotel every time I pass through Prince George. Location on the route 16 is ideal. Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is reliable and good for the category. Parking is good. My only irritation is that the dresser drawers won't stay closed, in every room I've ever had.
