  Nice room, well organized. Clean and well maintained. Good options for food with a bar, a restaraunt and an attached liquor store. Nice looking pool too! The bed we had featured a large, back aching divot, maybe needs a flip or refresh. Overall a really nice Hotel! Cool murial on the front.

  Wanted to say just came from a wake for a wonderful lady and we were completely impressed with the service from the staff. Kam was our waitress and she made sure all were taken care of. She worked very and wanted to say thanks. The food was fresh and coffee was hot. The boss lady Vickey was incredibly also. We had issues with the slide show and Vicky ran around and got it figured out. So a big thanks to all the staff for making this sad event a little easier on alll.

  I went there and it was really nice there 😃. The food was delicious, the workers were nice, the hot tub and sauna were nice and warm, the room was cool and the beds were comfy.

  Central to everything in Port Alberni . The staff is accommodating and friendly. The dinner was good at the pub and restaurant. The room has a comfortable bed and was quiet.
