  Highly Recommend! Clean Rooms, Great Staff, and Excellent Amenities. We had a wonderful stay! The staff are so welcoming—special thanks to Dave for his hard work and helpfulness, and to Blessing for her cheerful and friendly attitude. They are both real assets to the hotel. The room was very clean and boasted a massive 65-inch TV. We loved the variety from the 6-option coffee machine, and the breakfast was excellent. There is ample parking space available, excellent self-laundry facilities, and a great pool and hot tub area that we thoroughly enjoyed.

  The rooms are decent. The breakfast is standard breakfast at many hotels including pancakes and eggs. I spoke to the front desk after my first night in the fact they were serving terrible apples and oranges. The apples I would be ashamed to feed someone at my house with. I am only leaving this review because after brining this to the attention of the front desk I found the same apples being served the next day.

  If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay, keep looking. The experience starts before you even walk through the door, with a liquor store conveniently attached to the hotel, which, in hindsight, set the tone pretty well. The walls are paper-thin. Around 1:00 AM, kids were running up and down the hall yelling, with seemingly no staff intervention. Just when things finally settled down, the herd of elephants apparently woke up around 5:00 AM and proceeded to make sure everyone else in the hotel was awake too. Every door slam, footstep, shout, and hallway conversation came through loud and clear. Breakfast didn’t exactly rescue the experience. I "enjoyed" cold eggs, overcooked potatoes, and what appeared to be lunch meat doing its best impression of bacon. The breakfast conversation, however, was unforgettable. A group of very enthusiastic kids nearby were talking about how exciting their morning had been because they had watched police in the parking lot place a body bag over someone they said had overdosed. Not exactly the charming breakfast-table story you hope to hear during a relaxing hotel stay. Between the paper-thin walls, overnight noise, lack of apparent intervention, disappointing breakfast, and everything else happening around the property, this was easily one of the least relaxing hotel stays I’ve had. Needless to say, I would not recommend it. Keep looking.

  Reserved the same room for a stay of 2 nights. For the second night they refused to give me the room for the same price as the first night and increased the price by almost 90 dollars when i am a rewards member. Called the langley location and got the next two nights easily for the same price without issue for almost 100 dollars less than this location. Call Langley, save yourself some serious money for a nicer hotel! *To company reply: the discount you offered was still 90 dollars more than the first night snd the reason you had 3 rooms available is because you guys gave all the rooms for FREE to the RCMP - they get free, so I pay more. Awesome!

  Recently stayed there. We requested for early check in the front desk staff - Natalie( an amazing lady) made arrangements and we could check in early. We overall had an amazing experience. Everything was great. Good location. Best hotel if you're staying in Vancouver and have a vehicle to travel.
