  The front desk service was disappointing. When we checked in, no one informed us that there was a water advisory in effect. This is essential information that should be communicated to all guests, as we ended up using the water to cook and drink before we found out. On our last day, we returned to the hotel and found the entrance to the parking garage completely blocked by vehicles belonging to guests who were checking in. When we asked one of the drivers to move to the side so we could access the garage, they responded by yelling and swearing at us. Unfortunately, the front desk staff made no effort to manage the situation or ask the vehicles to clear the entrance, which was very frustrating. The rooms were acceptable, but they felt overpriced for what was offered. Overall, the lack of communication and poor customer service made our stay disappointing.

  My family and I have been visiting this resort annually every year for many years, and I can say it is one of our favorite places. Seeing some of the recent negative reviews surprised me because they simply don't reflect the experience have had. The last few years we have visited the property it was noticeably being neglected without basic upgrades. The hotel is now under new ownership as of this year and the property has undergone an extensive renovation that we have been told will continue into the winter. As the previous owners were lacking in maintaining basic upgrades. After a 10 hour drive from Alberta check in was smooth and quick, our room was clean and air was cool as it was 36 degrees outside. Suhlab was amazing with getting our reservation sorted out, everything was as he promised. This resort is a 10/10 views are amazing and staff is wonderful! Looking forward to next year! Keep up the great work.

  We are here with our family of 4 for the first time and are very happy with the trip, our beach walkout room is amazing for the kiddos. They can walk freely to the water and the nice beach area. Million dollar view and access in my opinion. The beds are comfortable and the 2 bedroom suite is exactly what we needed for all of us, it’s very spacious and well equipped. The bathrooms and room are dated in general. Also the kitchen is poorly equipped so if you’re actually planning on cooking bring knives cutting board etc.

  Worst experience of my entire life, in travel, as others have mentioned the 3rd party app has issues, I know I booked my room for the 18th but when I arrived they said no it was different dates, no refunds or anything offered… zero. Been on the road all day, the hotels here are not equipped to accommodate weary visitors? Isn’t that the job of hospitality industry. It took another 6 hours driving to find a room at 11pm after many horrible experiences with trying to find a pet friendly place last min , the okanagan has become something of a nightmare. I have stayed all over the world. I now a forced to return on different days to so not to lose my 250$ but I read hundreds of terrible stories here and I don’t even want to. No such thing as a weekend getaway anymore.

  Extremely disappointed with the way this hotel handled our reservation. Last night, I called to book a room for five people and was quoted $530. I asked the staff member to go ahead and reserve the room for us. I also asked about the cancellation policy, but he told me he couldn't answer that and that the morning staff would be able to help. He said I could complete the booking in the morning, and I made it very clear that I wanted this room booked no matter what. The next morning, I called multiple times, but no one answered. Later, I was told the front desk was too busy to take my call. Finally, around 7:00 p.m., someone answered and informed me that the room was no longer available. Instead, I was offered two separate rooms at $400 each—a total of $800, compared to the original quote of $530. This is completely unacceptable. I relied on the information your staff gave me and made every effort to finalize the booking, but I was unable to get through despite repeated calls. To make matters worse, the staff member I spoke with was dismissive, made no effort to resolve the situation or honor the original quote. This experience reflects extremely poor customer service and a lack of professionalism. I expected much better and would not recommend this hotel based on how this situation was handled.
