  Good location to busses and food options. Not worth the stay. The keypads to get into the rooms were so difficult we had to get new keys everyday for our 3 day stay. The beds were so uncomfortable and small, we woke up everyday with back and neck pain. Would not recommend.

  Rooms are dated but functional. My toilet seat wouldn't stay up without adjusting the top of the tank, lol. But they let me continue to park for free on site even after I checked out. And there's a little plaza with shopping and restaurants about a 10-minute walk away so the location is not bad.

  My wife and I stayed at this hotel on August 8. We had to attend a wedding at 1 pm on that day. We arrived at the hotel from Whistler at about 10 am. Aileen was the lady who checked us in. We explained to Aileen that we needed a place to change our clothes and offered to pay for a short stay in a room. Aileen said that was not possible but she maybe had another solution. After some phone calls and a short wait she announced that we were able to check into our room early and right away. This gesture enabled us to prepare for the wedding comfortably and relieved the pressure. We commend Aileen for making our day and stay! Her assistance was extremely helpful and is very much appreciated. We have stayed at your hotel many times throughout the years and it is our go to when we have visits and business in the city coming from Whistler. We look forward to being back once again!   When checking in, the service was friendly and quick, straightforward. When in the room, the beds were very old, uncomfortable, and unpleasant to sleep on. The room was not cleaned. The shower head was useless, spraying in random directions with very low pressure. Unless, if it wasnt for De Dutch being there for my breakfast, I would be giving a 1 star review.

  Great location close to lots of amenities, Great rooms amazing staff. Well worth the stay.
