The AC or heat pump unit was moldy...and this was the second room we went to after the first one was so smelly it made our eyes water...rude and unfriendly front desk manager made comments about my sexuality shoukd be fired and lawsuit pending...if you are rude and hate people...perhaps you shouldn't work in the service industry....even if its in nanaimo.
