  It’s a reliable comfortable stay. It was clean. It was exactly as expected. There’s working AC. Working hot water. Can’t beat a Best Western.

  From the outside a bit mousy middle class hotel with renovated rooms and revamped interior. Friendly staff. Rooms have everything you need, including super comfy beds. Advance request for an extra quiet room was perfectly fulfilled. Good breakfast with much of a choice and the visible intention to reduce plastic trash!

  Well spent a weekend at this location my stay wasn't relaxed at all. The people upstairs stomping on floor til 5am tried to reach out to front desk but it just rang with no answer brought this up to the staff in the morning when checking out.. also wanted to chat with manager left messages and no call back no plans to stay at this location again. Also forgot my percribtion glasses and never got a call back about that..

  We stayed several nights at the Best Western Plus Langley Inn. The hotel is a bit dated, but very clean and well maintained. What stood out most was the friendly and dedicated staff, who clearly care about their guests. Breakfast was well organized and the staff paid close attention to keeping everything stocked and tidy. Unfortunately, we were assigned a room directly next to several rooms occupied by a youth sports team. There was significant noise in the hallway until late at night, with doors constantly being slammed. For guests staying multiple nights, a more thoughtful room assignment would be appreciated. It was also disappointing that our 70-year-old travel companion was unable to use the pool at all because teenagers were constantly jumping into the water and throwing a ball around. Unfortunately, the staff did not intervene. In addition, the microwave advertised in the room description was missing. The credit card deposit was still being held four days after check-out. Overall, this is a clean hotel with very friendly staff, but there are some areas where improvements could be made.
