  Fantastic stay at this Holiday Inn location, and a big part of that was the front desk team. Vera, Julia, and Jenika were welcoming from the moment I walked in. Check-in was quick and smooth with no hassle at all, and they took the time to answer any questions and make sure I had everything I needed. Jenika annd Vera also gave some excellent recommendations for cafes and activities to do in the area, which turned out to be some of the highlights of my trip. It is clear they know the neighbourhood and genuinely enjoy helping guests get the most out of their visit. Friendly, professional, and helpful throughout. Thank you Vera, Julia, and Jenika. I would happily stay here again.

  I stay here five or six times a year. One of the things I really enjoy is I always see the same staff when I am here. That gives me a great sense that the hotel treats its people well. In turn Julia & Harman treat me really well; yes, I’ve got to know some of them over time. It is nice when I walk into the hotel after a long day traveling, and the staff knows my name.

  What a great experiece I'm having at Holiday Inn Express. Very new hotel - 6 yrs old barely - fresh & clean many updated amenties to make the Hotel great to visit. Buffet breaky - had pork & beans this morning with real scrambled eggs ! Every morning the Hotel Manager comes by to say hello , I mean every morning at 645 am , Incredible !

  I stay at this Holiday Inn Express in Kelowna quite frequently , and have always had fantastic service and customer service every time. Would also like to mention the outstanding service provided by their exceptional staff Julia and Vera that makes the difference for an exceptional stay with their very pleasant and outgoing personalities, respect and professionalism. Thank you so much and please keep doing what you are doing. I’ll always be a customer at this hotel for future years to come. Thanks again to Holiday Inn and their wonderful staff.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn in Kelowna. The hotel was comfortable and welcoming, but what really made my stay special was the excellent service from Julia and Myro. Both Julia and Myro were incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. They guided me throughout my stay, answered my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their friendly attitude and willingness to help truly made a difference. I really appreciate everything they did for me and would like to thank them for making my stay such a positive experience. Excellent customer service and great staff! I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to stay here again.
