  The room was clean and the beds are so comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Really liked the location of this hotel.

  I had a wonderful 2-day stay at this hotel. The staff members were exceptional friendly, professional, and very quick to respond whenever I called for assistance. The front desk team deserves special recognition for their excellent service and helpful recommendations about nearby restaurants and attractions. My mountain-view room was fantastic, offering a beautiful sunrise every morning that made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I appreciated the amenities, including the coffee machine and refrigerator, and the air conditioning worked perfectly throughout my stay. A big thank you to the housekeeping staff as well for keeping the room spotless each morning. Overall, the combination of excellent service, cleanliness, comfort, and stunning views made for a great experience. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

  Our recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and poorly handled from start to finish. We reserved and prepaid for a room with two double beds for Friday and Saturday night specifically to ensure the room would be available when we arrived early Saturday morning. To avoid any confusion, I contacted the hotel three separate times during the week prior—including at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, just hours before arrival—to clearly advise of our late/early check-in. Each time, I was assured this would not be an issue and that our room would be held. Despite this, when we arrived on Saturday morning, our reserved room was not available. We were instead offered a suite with one queen bed and a cot, which did not meet our needs. When we declined, we were told no appropriate room was available despite the fact that we had already paid for the previous night to guarantee exactly that. This is completely unacceptable. The room we paid for had clearly been given away. As a direct result, we were forced to leave immediately for our football tournament without being able to check in, drop off luggage, or prepare as planned. We received a call about 30 minutes later saying the room was ready, but by that point the inconvenience had already impacted our day. The situation was made worse by the fact that we were given three different and conflicting explanations by the manager as to what had happened. We were ultimately told that none of our prior calls had been documented in their system. When we asked what we should do differently in the future, we were told to call ahead, which is exactly what we had done multiple times. We requested a refund for the Friday night, as we had paid for that night solely to guarantee availability upon arrival. We were told we were still required to pay for both nights, despite the hotel failing to hold our reserved room. This reflects a serious breakdown in internal communication, reservation management, and accountability. The responsibility for this failure lies entirely with the hotel, not the customer. We have since contacted both the Hotel Manager and General Manager by email and have yet to receive any response. The lack of follow-up is as concerning as the original issue.

  Amazing place. A great location right off the highway. It was clean the staff were super nice. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were bright and well maintained. There is Chromecast on the TVs so you can just stream from Newtlix etc from your phone. The pool and waterslide were worth every penny. The only complaint I have is the food at the Heaven restaurant was just ok. A lot of the breakfast meat Bacon and Sausage mainly were way over cooked. The sausages were almost not eatable. Also if you pay for the breakfast option it is in the restaurant its not a continental one like most places. For us we had to be at a field for 8am. Breakfast started at 7 and took a while to get. So we were rushed in eating. Other then the meat being overcooked the rest of the food was very good and the staff were awesome.

  As a platinum best western member, this has to be the worst premier I have ever stayed at. Room doors are not sealed, have a quarter to half inch gap on both the main room door and the adjoining door. I can tell you the conversation for every person that walked outside my room and since it is right at the elevator, this was not pleasant. Also, can tell you the tv history and conversation history for my neighbor. On top of this, the second floor room is ground level on the back side of the hotel with a lovely view of flowers etc. Except, someone is outside watering at 4am and spraying the window of the room. Heavy sleepers, this place is for you.
