Dirty amenities and the and top of everything was charged for a different rooms noise complaint without any consultation. Will never stay here again. BUYER BEWARE. Thank you for your response. However, it completely misses the core issue of my review: the lack of professional courtesy, communication, and basic investigation before financially penalizing a guest. My primary grievance is that no one from your staff consulted with me regarding the noise complaints before assessing a charge to my card. Had your team taken the time to properly investigate the situation rather than making assumptions, you would have discovered that the disturbance was caused by other hotel guests who came to disrupt our room—not by our group initiating a disruption in the hallway.
