  We had a good stay passing through town. The 2 queen suite was clean and nice to have a sofa that pulls out into another bed. The breakfast was good with waffles and toppings. Staff was very friendly. Good food amenities in the area plus Boston Pizza attached. But I have to deduct a star for the mattresses being hard as concrete, and we booked 5 months in advance but still got put right by the elevator which we could hear going up and down from our room.

  I loved the stay over here the pool was amazing and relaxing i especially love the food(tater tots are relly good) and this amazing guy Argel gave the most awesome service ever he is relly great and one of the best staff ever thank you for the nice service

  Staff are extremely helpful and kind. The food is delicious and the rooms are very clean. This is your place to stay when in Fernie, BC.

  We stayed for 3 nights with our family, including our dog, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel truly went above and beyond in welcoming pets. Our dog was treated like family, with a dog bed, bowls, and treats provided upon arrival, which was a very thoughtful touch. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself was well maintained throughout our stay. Breakfast was good each morning, with scrambled eggs and waffles always available, along with a few changes to the hot food selection each day to keep things interesting. The location was excellent, with a grocery store and coffee shops right next door, as well as easy access to nearby trails. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. We especially appreciated the complimentary cookies at the front desk, the coffee machine offering lattes, hot chocolate, and other specialty drinks, and the convenient water bottle refill station. Boston Pizza is attached to the hotel, which was convenient, although we had a disappointing service experience there. That said, it was unrelated to the hotel itself and did not affect our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

  Great hotel! Clean and well cared for. The staff is friendly and very helpful. And it has guest laundry washers and dryers!
