  A Big shout to Seynabou. I was staying at this hotel for 3 nights. I checked in after my physio appt. My room wasn't ready She found me another room that was ready. Alot of hotels don't let you check in early. Thank You BW in Cranbrook for your amazing hospitality.

  We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean and sufficient, and the staff were always very friendly and accommodating. The pool is a big hit with the kids. Although the train tracks run directly behind the hotel, not once did we hear or feel anything, and our room was only a few doors down from the end.

  Staff were very friendly and rooms nice and clean. Kids loved the pool and they really do try and make the place as family friendly as possible with games, outdoor recreation area, and arcade machine. Only downside was the room doors do not block out much of the sound in the halls at all. For light sleepers, that may be an issue.

  Everything about this hotel was great. Staff was very accommodating. I got a nice quiet room, clean spacious. They have a café and two restaurants. Pool and hot tub. An amazing 10 out of 10 gym that I was very impressed by. In fact, it’s an athletic club that I think is open to members in the community. That’s OK. It was big spacious. I had lots of equipment so to me it made sense. Only complaint it’s on the edge of a commercial industry part of Cranbrook and an edge of what would be you’re more rural wildlife. There are train tracks behind the hotel. We didn’t hear the train but I think we felt the train. And outside the pool it’s a disgusting abandoned train, but maybe that just goes with the theme of Cranbrook.
