I showed up late last night from fernie as my dad was ambulanced to the icu. I was greeted happily by 2 young men. I checked in, came back down as I was missing a charging block. I had nothing with me. They helped me with deodorant, toothbrush and toothpaste and a charging block. They were friendly and happy They made my night after a very bad day. This morning at 7:30 I came down to head back to the hospital and was greeted by to wonderful young women who made my morning. Thank you to the 4 of you. ❤️

Great place to stay. I do pay a little extra but it’s worth it Amel and the other front desk ladies have been great. I would recommend staying here and I spend most of my month in hotels

What a great stay! Just like all Prestige Hotels I’ve been to, the beds were comfy with a ton of pillows everything else is a bonus. I can also admit I’ll never be too old to ride the waterslide!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Prestige in Cranbrook! From check-in to departure, the front desk team was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it easy to get a great night's sleep. Everything felt well-maintained, and the convenient location made getting around town effortless. Highly recommend to anyone traveling through the area—we will definitely be back!

Rooms are clean, service was great. The beds are awful! The beds are very hard and we rolled into the middle. The sheets were stiff and rough. There is a restaurant in the hotel but the menu didn’t appeal to us at all and it was quite expensive. There are no other restaurants within walking distance and it is a bit of a walk to the crosswalk to get across the highway. There is a pool but no hot tub. Some of the reviews talked about a hot tub but I think they are referring to another hotel near here also named Prestige. Next time we are in Cranbrook we will definitely try a different hotel.
