  Our first night the fire alarm went off. The alarm panel was put into silence mode for over 24 hours while waiting for the issue to be repaired. Not very comforting! The breakfast has gone down hill completely. Out of 5 days there was fruit for only 2 days and that was bananas only. Not much of a variety of anything to eat. A bit of yogurt was available a couple of days. This is the 3rd Best Western we have stayed at in BC in the last month and the breakfast was by far the worse. Cleaning of the rooms could be done more often without asking (we do not get a reduced rate for several days so expect the room to be cleaned regularly). No screen on the patio door. Windows in the room and throughout the hotel are dirty. This is our third year in a row staying here and may be our last.

  Room had a smoke alarm dead battery and was chirping in the middle of the night but kept chirping when the battery was taken out, called front desk they took it away of course. A new person at the front yes being new was lacking in customer service unfortunately. Location was alright being a close walk to the water and all. The bar tender was friendly though lol

  Schöne Zimmer,netter Service,sehr sauber. Allerdings ist das angebotene Frühstück mehr als dürftig,eine Sorte Brot,kein frisches Obst,sehr dünner Kaffee,wir waren schon oft in Best Western,aber so ein schlechtes Frühstück kennen wir sonst nicht. Ärgerlich ist auch,daß man Kaffeespezialitäten bezahlen sollte

  Stayed two nights. The location is convenient, but this property seems to be in difficulty. The fitness centre is dirty and poorly maintained. The breakfast was limited to bad coffee, cold cereal, and cold “hot” food. There’s a lot of empty counter space where other breakfast items used to be svailable. They are the only BW property I know of that charges for lobby coffee Parking is inconvenient. I’m a BW Diamond member, which was not acknowledged when I checked in. I thought I would give this property another chance after a previous disappointing stay. No more.
