  Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my recent stay. The room had a noticeable mildew smell, which wasn't pleasant. The shower also struggled to get hot water, and it didn't really get hot until the very end of my shower. The water was also draining very slowly, to the point that I thought I might have to call maintenance. The service was okay, and the breakfast was okay as well, but neither was anything special. Overall, there were just too many issues with the room for me to have a good experience. Hopefully these things can be addressed, because the stay could have been much better.

  The employees who were working there were truly impressive and provided a great deal of assistance to everyone. The individual rooms were kept in a very clean condition and were quite spacious. The morning meal that was served was certainly an added benefit.

  This is definitely not a 5 star, probably a 3.5, but it was very comfortable. Staff ware very pleasant, breakfast was a Best Western breakfast. We went to AC/DC and is was less than a 10 minute easy walk to the skytrain and less than a 30 minute ride to BC Place. Will for sure stay on our next concert.

  DO NOT STAY HERE. There is a terrible smell in the hallway and rooms. Stains on the towels. My leftover dinner was ruined due to the fridge not working. The bed is crap The floor was dirty with sauce on it so obviously was not mopped. Free breakfast? You couldn’t pay me to eat that!! We left as fast as we could in the morning. Gives 2 star Mexico vibes. DISGUSTING!!

  We checked in late due to the forest fires. The room was 80 degrees with no air conditioning. We got the front desk to take a look but didn’t work. They gave us a small fan but it was unbearable to sleep. Then at 9 am house keeping knocks on the door asking if we are leaving. Check out is 11 am. Thank you for the most expensive 5 hours of sleep. This place needs a lot of upgrades.
