  This place had a great location, and the staff were friendly, but the rooms were absolutely gross. We didnt get in till 12, but when we got to the rooms there was hair everywhere, in the beds on the sheets, pillows, the floor, the towels in the bathrooms, and the tub. We had to Frankenstein a bed together because the bedding was stained and gross. Me and my wife left their feeling itchy and gross after showering. The person at the front was nice and asked why we didnt come down and ask to switch rooms and it was because we got in at 12 and already packed are stuff in and were tired and highly doubtful that other rooms were any better. Lastly, from 2-430 there were ignorant guest who dont co sides others around them and the noise level they make. I get its Vancouver and people work all different hours or travel but have some respect. Won't be staying again. Worst part is I used my Best Western points to book the place and still rather of stayed in my car. Staff were friendly though.

  The location for our final destination was great however, I had a young child, there was no screen in the window on the third floor, the taps didn’t work in the tub, I tried to notify the office with the room phone… it was dead… had to switch rooms at my toddlers’s bedtime after a total nightmare and some how seemingly kind man in turban finally showed up to verify…. I was telling the truth the taps were messed up. The walls had holes that appeared to be bullet holes… the room I was moved to smelled like sewage. The Elevator designation lights didn’t work. Relatively clean…. Highly unsatisfied more than one statue to location and reservations ugh.

  Backroom 팬이라면 가보시길. 후기가 안좋았는데 안좋아봤자지...했지만 정말 너무해요.. 복도에서는 곰팡이냄새가 가득하고, 방에서는 좋지않은 냄새가 너무나서 방에들어가자마자 창문을 열어서 환기시켰습니다. 침대의 이불은 보풀이 일어나있어서 머리카락이 붙어있기 딱 좋은 상태였습니다. 그래거 누군가의 머리카락이 군데군데있었고 손으로 하나하나 떼어야했습니다. 또한 저희 엄마는 베개냄새를 맡고 담배쩌든내가 난다며 상당히 불쾌함을 표했습니다. 저는 너무 찝찝해서 이날 가지고온 목베개를 베고 잤습니다.... 욕실은 상대적으로 평범한편입니다. 다만 자려고 누웠는데 이어폰 소리를 뚫고 무슨 소리가 나길래 이어폰을 빼봤더니 방이 무너질 것 같은 소리가 들렸습니다. 알고보니 윗층에 손님이 걸어다니는 소리였는데 어디서 어디로 걸어가는지 알 수 있었고 특히 어느부분에서 움직이면 정말 천장이 무너질 것 같은 소리가 나서 공포스러웠습니다. 다행히 제가 퇴실할때까지는 호텔이 건재했습니다...... 또한 아침 조식을 먹고있는데 어떤 손님이 토스트를 태워서 식당이 연기로 자욱했습니다. 저희는 탄 냄새 때문에 식사하기 힘들어서 직원을 불러 옆에 수영장으로 이어지는 문이라도 열어서 환기해달라했지만 직원은 key가 없다며 아무런 조치도 취해주지 않았습니다.. 정말 좋지않은 경험이었습니다.

  DIRTY, SMELLY, Absolutely Disgusting. Stay Away, rude staff. They will say this is a 3 Star Hotel, if you want better, than you should have booked better. 3 star hotels doesn't mean BLOOD on comforters, hair in areas, smelly where it's sticks in the nose, dirty toilet. It was so bad we checked in and out immediately and they were argumentative and said we cannot return your money. Never heard of this before and will go right to Best Western to assist us as we trust and typically like Best Western Hotels. This is one that is supposed to follow their standards but does not. It's cheap but dirty and disgusting.

  Just take a look at the pictures, it was worse than that. Breakfast was not even up to par for normal meh motel breakfast. I don't like leaving poor reviews but this was bad. Those cans were all under the sink. No closet doors (save the broken ones on the deck). The rugs were just nasty. Bathroom door didn't even close. This place left a LOT to be desired. I am emailing corporate to refund me. Thankfully I just needed to stay one night. The staff was mostly helpful but, it wasn't easy getting bedding and a pillow (zero pillows) for the pullout. The 2 things this place has going for it are the proximity to all the rinks for hockey tournaments and it has a free charging spot. The highway noise was also loud if you are a quit sleeper.
