  Clean and large room , pet friendly is really appreciated. Costs alot but everything is costing more .

  Very disappointing stay. The room was dusty, and both the washcloth and the bath towel had hair on them, which made us question whether they had been properly cleaned. The toilet also had visible mold under the rim (see photo), which is unacceptable for any hotel. On top of that, we had to wait forever for the elevator every time we used it, which was especially frustrating while traveling with a young child. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance were below expectations, and I expected much better from a Holiday Inn Express. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the guest experience.

  Well, I left my small dog at the hotel when I left to go to a a short concert. I came home to a very anxious, restless, and stressed out dog. I then found a pill under the skirt of the bed. I love going to the emergency vet at 3am. I will never stay here again.

  I like its location as it is close to the Elements Casino two blocks away. Services were excellent, but its good image was spoiled by one female staff (probably a new employee). The hotel main entrance door is locked daily at 9 pm and I tried to get in at 9:40 pm. This female staff gave me shit for knocking at the glass door and told me to come in from the garage side. Other than this everything else is all 5 stars.
