  Stay here for one of the best hotel breakfasts. Today they had 2 types of omlets, 2 proteins, hashbrowns, brown beans, then the other classics. If you stay on the highway side, the mountain views will compensate for the road noise. And, earplugs are on the bedside table. This new hotel is super clean.

  I spent 3 nights with Holiday Inn in Chilliwack. The staff were super helpful and the service was truly flawless. Timely response to my requests and helped me figure out Umo. The facility was always clean and easy to access. The location was bit far from major transportation but still manageable. Would recommend for short stay!

  Staying at this hotel for work. The rooms are large, super clean, modern and the bed is great. Staff is friendly, the rest of the hotel is spotless as well. I mean, it is a hotel on the side of the highway in Chilliwack, what can you say? If you just need a place to stay, it’s great.

  So my boyfriend booked the holiday inn chilliwack as we had come down to see the Tulip festival. This review is for Roy who works at the front desk. He is very professional with his work and also gave me a room exactly how I wanted it as per our request. The best part! the staff here is very very very helpful. We couldn’t find parking but this gentleman removed his car from the parking and gave us his parking spot which was actually very sweet of him and welcoming ofcourse. We booked a suite and the room was very spacious and they have a pool area-super clean, simply amazing! Parking could be challenging but staff here handles it very well. Hotel - very clean Pool - very clean Staff - very professional Breakfast- very tasty Check in process - Very quick Check out - also very good. I am going to visit this place again for sure in future and this hotel is going to be my ultimate preference! We have stayed at couple other places and I must say, the feeling of staying here was quite different in its own unique positive way.

  I rarely write reviews but I was so blown away that I had to let you all know that this is THE place to stay! After an extremely long, hard day and an even harder week I arrived exhausted. The front desk staff were so wonderful to me. Cass might be the sweetest, most thoughtful person I’ve ever met. When I called I asked if they had EV chargers they said that they did. I arrived late and most of the parking spots were taken but I was relieved to find one of the EV charging spots empty. When I went in, Cass asked if I was able to find it and told me that after I called to reserve a room she went out to make sure it was available. I was so exhausted that I couldn’t remember my licence plate and Cass cheerfully said that she would go check it for me. It honestly make me tear up thinking about how well they treated me. The room rate was very reasonable and it is the most spacious room I have ever been in. I could do a full areobic workout or yoga in the morning. You and your spouse would have enough room actually. The light system where you take your card out of the slot and all the lights turn off in 3 minutes is brilliant! The bed and bedding is so soft and comfortable. It is convenient to have the hotel right off the highway but if you’re a light sleeper and the highway noise is too loud they leave a couple sets of ear plugs on the nightstand. I couldn’t be happier with my stay and will 100% be back!
