  Price was good and we had 2 very nice, comfortable, quiet, clean and spacious rooms. Bathrooms clean and bedding very nice! Staff are very friendly and breakfast nice. Close to many stores, restaurants and other amenities.

  In a dozen or so stays here in the past 3 years I've never had a complaint. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious and the breakfasts are excellent. Very good value for your dollar. Some complaints make me laugh. Like no elevator. Do you really expect an elevator in a two storey motel? Get serious.

  My wife and I spent one night at this hotel and it was not very good experience. The front desk staff was very friendly and gave us two complementary water bottles. The actual layout of the room was efficient. The fridge unit was the right size. The problems lay in the quality of the mattress. Neither my wife and I did not sleep well as a result The room had a vinyl plank throughout and it did not feel clean. When my wife took a wet hand towel and wiped on the floor by the bed, we were both disgusted by how dirty the floor was (see picture). It begs the question how often the rooms in this hotel are mopped and properly cleaned. We will not be staying at this hotel again and when in Castlegar, we will seek other accommodations.

  We had a very pleasant stay here last month. The staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond when we asked for help with a couple of requests. The location was convenient, the breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. We stayed on the main floor and loved that the room had no carpet and we were able to park right outside the room which made taking things from the truck to the room and back so easy! We didn’t bring our pets this time but really liked that they had the option for a pet room too. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area!
