  I recently stayed here with my bf that comes in to town we enjoy being in the city when he is in town we usually get a hotel. I have recently broken my leg and was using a walker to get around the hotel the hotel staff was so nice they lent me a wheel chair to make life easier for me. So kind and professional as well. They had the alarm for off in the afternoon and they knew I was alone on third floor and the building was being evacuated well they can right to my room and helped me to the evacuation area. Once again nothing but the nicest staff. All that I'd amazing but who really didn't for me was Teresa!!!!. I saw her cleaning the lobby area and have nothing but the most respect for people in that part of the service industry. Later that evening I ran in to her outside. She was waiting for her ride after a long day. She made me laugh so hard she had such a great energy. Positive happy I mean just the kind of person who can make your night. There are no words but everytime I'm in Burnaby and need to stay at Hotel hands down i will be this one. People don't have to be that nice eespechily people that to her job it's extremely hard work and sometimes go unappreciated so if you see this lovely light of a person during your stay make sure you thank her she truly cheered me up.

  Very disappointing stay at Holiday Inn Vancouver. I was assigned a room with a connecting door, and the soundproofing was non-existent. You could hear every single sound from next door, including when they used the bathroom. It completely ruined our privacy and rest. When I brought this up to the front desk, they simply dismissed me saying the hotel was full and offered zero alternatives. Very poor customer service for a property under this brand. Would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone who values a quiet night's sleep.

  12 jours de vacances passées dans cet hôtel Personnel d'accueil au top sur toutes la période de notre séjour Personnel de chambre un grand merci également pour votre travail ainsi que tous ceux nous préparant le petit déjeuner chaque matin. L'hôtel est situé près du Skytrain, du coup en pas longtemps on peut être au centre de Vancouver. Il y a également plusieurs bus pour rayonner à droite ou à gauche On trouve a proximité une grande galerie commercial, des restaurants, pharmacie, ...... Je n'ai juste pas apprécier le matelas du lit, vraiment trop mou à mon gouts et mon dos a pas vraiment aimé Pour tout le reste merci à toutes et tous

  Wonderful hotel and great service from the entire hotel team. Very clean, convenient location and access to restaurants and transportation. An extensive complimentary breakfast is included. Convenient Parking, beautiful little outdoor pool area and clean and well maintained fitness center. Highly recommended.

  The hotel staff were extremely professional, and the location was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. I was especially impressed that the hotel employs people with disabilities as part of its breakfast service team, which reflects a caring and inclusive culture. The bed was very comfortable. Although there was some noise from the nearby SkyTrain, the hotel thoughtfully provided earplugs, so it did not affect our sleep overall. This was our first trip to Vancouver. Thanks to the hotel's excellent location, we were able to use Vancouver's public transportation system throughout our stay, which was very convenient and efficient. Our trip was smooth and enjoyable. As an IHG member, I have stayed at several IHG properties in other cities, and this was the only hotel that thoughtfully provided complimentary fruit and snacks. It was a wonderful gesture and greatly appreciated. Thank you very much for your hospitality! 😊
