  El hotel fue lo que esperábamos hasta cierto punto. Es más grande de lo que parece. Las habitaciones están un poco reducidas para más de 2 personas, pero las camas fueron muy cómodas, cuenta con frigobar y cafetera de Nespresso. Desayuno buffet es suficiente, quizá no hay muchas opciones pero está bueno lo que hay. Además el comedor está muy amplio y agradable, incluso tiene sala y TV por si deseas desayunar ahí. El personal del lobby y del comedor fue muy amable. Las habitaciones se encuentran al pie del estacionamiento al que cualquiera puede meterse, es la primera vez que nos quedamos en un hotel así... Aunque la seguridad de Canadá se vio reflejada. Está un poco retirado del centro, aprox 30 minutos o un poco más, ya lo sabíamos, hay negocios cercanos con opciones para comer y shopping, aunque las distancias no son precisamente cortas, entonces igual se sugiere llevar auto para moverse más facilmente. La zona de Burnaby es muy bonita.

  I think the rating should be 3.5 to 4 . The breakfast is great lots of eggs and fresh pastries bacon sometimes fruite.

  Got locked into double the rate because of fifa they jacked their prices. Then they didn't hit their numbers and my rate was double the amount for the room I was staying in and best the manager could do was upgrade my room to a honestly very crappy room was a one bedroom with no door so not one bedroom ..... bachelor if anything .... no privacy. And my brother who is a top tier best western member said usually the managers are way more accommodating so I am guessing this one chose more money now instead of keeping us for a customer later. Was supposed to talk to manager dismorning but he decided not to come into work today. Still waiting for my early check in charge to be reimbursed

  Hello! This hotel went through a huge improvement! The rooms are large and spacious and the bathroom has a nice layout. The back of the bathroom door needs to be painted but the rest looks good. As for the breakfast it was fresh and delicious they have a waffle maker, fresh scrambled eggs, pastries, and fruit 🍓. They also have a breakfast room now instead of breakfast in the Chinese restaurant. I don't love the layout because it's structured like a motel. This is a minor detail though and doesn't really make much of a difference. The other thing I didn't love was the area surrounding the hotel which is kinda beat up and ugly it's not skid row material and I haven't seen any drug addicts but it's not the prettiest area. As for food in the area there are quite a few bubble tea cafes around and there's a Chinese restaurant on the premises. The metro town is nearby I would suggest going there.
