I booked a room with two queen beds for two adults and two kids. According to hotel policy and my booking, kids under 12 stay free, so I assumed we were fine, including my toddler. But after arriving from the U.S. at midnight, they told me I had to pay for an additional room. I ended up leaving my family and going to another place to stay. From now on, I will never, ever try to visit this location again. Terrible, just terrible. (Confirmation number: 611293430)

Half a carpet in the room was completely wet with moldy smell and we saw ants everywhere As We complain to the manager he denied and he said he doesn’t know anything about it!! I booked through the Expedia and I contacted them about the problem and I will contact the health department about that!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!
