  My dad and I stayed here for his first visit and had a really pleasant experience. He’s pretty picky when it comes to choosing hotels, so he’s always selective about where he stays, and this ended up being a great choice. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The gentleman at the front desk who helped him during check in was especially friendly and welcoming, answered all of his questions, and made the process quick and easy. Great customer service really made a difference. Overall, it was a smooth stay, and we’d definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

  Check in was quick and efficient. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, very quiet. Why the 2 star? Because the pool was out of order. I HATE it when Hotels advertise amenities that they know are not in service and haven't been for more than a couple of days. This is a big problem in the industry, hot tubs, pools, exercise rooms that are inoperative or unusable. That's dishonest, I should not have to confirm this at check in and by then it's too late if I've booked online. This has been a cost cutting measure in my opinion across the industry and its unacceptable. If it's not working, remove it from the advertising. Aside from that, the tub drain was 80% plugged.

  Unfortunately we booked this stay for our girlfriends Bachelorette so the bride had somewhere to get ready and relax before and after the night. We book this hotel for the pool(which was not open) even though on 3 different calls to confirm it was open and hours it was open. Also 4 minutes to 11 am the staff were already knocking on the door to clean the room and turn it over. It made us feel very rushed in the morning. The floor in the room is super slippery and socks with grips on the bottom is best when not wearing shoe's.

  We travelled with our children aged 1 and 2. The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were so friendly. The pool was closed but the hotel had made arrangements with the rec centre so that we could still take the kids swimming. The breakfast had many different options, the food was delicious, hot and constantly being refilled. We were especially impressed with the breakfast staff who were so accomidating and kind to our girls. Thanks to Joan and the rest of the staff for such a lovely morning. We will be coming back!

  Did NOT have a good experience unfortunately. Be sure not to use Visa/Debit, or Google Pay when booking through the app. Pools were also out of service during the stay. Was charged twice once I borrowed someone else's CC. Was reached out to by the hotel. They said I should receive a credit for one charge in 10-14 business days. Pretty much ruined our evening out. No amends were made besides an apology 🤷‍♂️ Still no refund after 2 weeks!!😡
