  The room was nice and clean, but the noise from the sport's team down the hall was too loud. Hotel doors banging and kids having running races in the halls. The front desk said they would send security, but the noise continued over our 3 night stay. Great place to stay for sports teams. If you want a quiet night, this is not the hotel for you.

  Great stay at this Best Western. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, checking us in quickly and answering all our questions. Security felt solid throughout our visit, and the hotel’s overall presence was clean and well-maintained. The services were excellent from start to finish comfortable rooms, prompt housekeeping, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable hotel.

  We were on a later ferry coming from Vancouver Island and needed a place to stay so we could avoid driving in the dark. Abbotsford is about an hour from either ferry terminal. For the price this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Large clean room, comfortable bed, decent pool. The breakfast was very good and a great seating area. Super friendly staff. Overall a great place to spend the night especially if you’re coordinating your travel with the ferry schedule.

  We were really happy with our stay at the Best Western Plus Abbotsford. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and treated exceptionally well by the entire team. Sarah, the manager, was fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure we received a room that met all of our expectations and requirements. We also want to thank all the other team members, from the front desk staff to the security team, for their friendliness and professionalism. Our room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, with a great selection that included hot items as well. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay and felt very well taken care of. We are looking forward to spending the next five weeks here and continuing to enjoy our stay at the Best Western Plus Abbotsford! Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome.

  Stayed at the Best Western on Marshall Road in Abbotsford while visiting from Washington with friends. Our group split between this hotel and the Sandman, and unfortunately our friends at the Sandman had their equipment stolen,around five thousand dollars worth caught on camera. At the Best Western, I asked the front desk about security because I had expensive gear in my truck. They confirmed twenty-four-hour security, and the night guard was genuinely helpful he patrolled the lot regularly and checked on my vehicle. I also noticed security near the breakfast area in the morning. One evening I was walking around the hotel and noticed eight or nine police cars parked outside. I asked the security guard patrolling nearby what was going on, and he told me not to worry everything was fine, the police were just there with a biker group dining at Ricky’s restaurant. That actually made me feel safer, knowing security was on top of things and nothing was wrong. I was only curious at first, but it reassured me. The breakfast was excellent too. Felt safe the whole stay, which matters a lot when you’re traveling with important equipment. Would recommend.”
