  Staff is helpful, the rooms are spacious and walls are thick. But, no microwaves. Theres one microwaves in the lobby. 2 washers and 2 dryers for laundry. $4/cycle. Dryers are not great. I had to do do two cycles on both dryers and clothes was still damp. They do offer free dinner tues-thurs. Shopping next door at Barstow Outlets and plenty of restaurants less than a mile away.

  Clean and comfortable. Connie was an absolute darling, she took care of our group like we were VIP's. She deserves a promotion!

  Well March 29 at 6am came outside to see my Brand new Dirt Bike Stolen from the bed of my truck ran to front desk told them made police report Never was able to see or get anything from security cameras Never herd back from management .told them can i give you my number when you access cameras “Oh we have it “ No Desire to solve a crime on their Property… Fyi my truck was backed against a wall with cars on both sides which means took time an still got away ….

  The night clerk was pleasant. The room was comfortable but in desperate need of an upgrade. The carpet was gross, wall paper peeling. The side door lock was broken. The morning breakfast was average. I did see a staff member fill there water bottle with juice. It wasn’t hygienic since the mouthpiece touched the dispenser. The kitchen manager didn’t seem to care. She was standing there when it happened. Needless to say, we didn’t have breakfast.

  I had a really frustrating experience at this hotel, mainly because of one staff member who completely ignored us when we needed help. She was a Asian lady with glasses, and instead of doing her job, she was glued to her phone the entire time. We stood there waiting while she scrolled, clearly aware we were there but choosing not to acknowledge us. It got to the point where we actually had to wave her down just to get her attention, which is honestly ridiculous at a place that’s supposed to offer hospitality. When we finally did get her attention, she was dismissive and unhelpful, like we were inconveniencing her. It left a really bad impression and made the whole experience feel unprofessional and unwelcoming. If this is the level of service they allow at the front desk, management seriously needs to step in and address it. We did cancel our reservation online due to this, we will NOT be back either. Customers shouldn’t have to beg for basic assistance.
