Hotel stay was good, but the one thing I noticed that stood out for me was the next morning staff members, every one of them that I encountered was not upbeat to even greet or acknowledge their guest. I know from my working experience there are some mornings where you don't wanna smile or greet others, but working in the hospitality industry you may be required to be a bit attentive to that especially when you're the guest service personnel checking people in and out of the hotel. I encountered eight different employees that morning and from the front desk personnel, breakfast area personnel, and room service personnel, nobody had a smile on their face while I observed their team members encountering other guests to affirm it wasn't just me. The camaraderie among team members themselves is very noticeable as well. Hopefully the senior management team will address this matter. Your work place should be a happy environment when you are spending a great majority of your days in that space working.

It's very especially good for people like us traveling with family. I was also told that the hotel offered free diner every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The only disappointment was the breakfast was a little bit lower than average compared with other holiday inn Express.
