- RBRay BernardDec 24, 20253.0I stayed for one night on my way home from vacation. The room was on the first floor, very oddly designed. When you walk into the room there are 3 doors in a long entry that are all shut and I didn't feel like I was in a hotel room. The door between adjoining rooms did not lock which I didn't like. The bathroom door opened up to block the main door to the room which was odd. Rest of room seamed clean and fine, bed was comfy. Encountered my first cockroach in my life as I was packing to leave however. I approached the desk attendant about it because he said no manager was on shift, showed him photos and he looked at me like he neither cared and like I was being difficult for being concerned. Maybe they are normal for them but where I am raised it is not. I didn't want compensation, I just wanted him to be aware and to ease my concerns that I would not be bringing them home with me.
