  The team here is extremely accommodating. We had an issue with a third-party booking app and couldn’t reserve the whirlpool tub room, but Stephanie at the front desk stepped in and handled it right away. When we checked in, we also ran into a problem with the A/C thermostat. Mike and Amber went above and beyond — since they didn’t have an extra thermostat on hand, they installed an entirely new A/C unit just to make sure our stay was comfortable. The entire property is also scheduled to be remodeled by the end of 2026, which makes the experience even more promising. Great service all around.

  I stay at this hotel often for work and it’s always been a reliable choice. The location is very convenient with plenty of food and shopping options nearby, which makes long work trips easier. My stays have consistently been smooth, comfortable, and hassle-free. I appreciate the consistency and will continue to return.

  Great location to stay overnight while traveling on I-10 before reaching the Los Angeles area. It is an excellent spot to stop if you are feeling tired and want to avoid the strain of driving into LA to find a room.
