  Front desk staff awesome very courteous and respectful rooms very old and dingy. In my opinion not worth the money I paid and I won't stay here again.

  I stay in Best Western Hotels 3-6 night's per month. This is the worst hotel I have stayed at in a very long time. Security lock on room was missing and the door looked like it had been broke into! The outlet and cover are hanging. Electrical Hazzard!!! The carpets were severely stained and couldn't walk barefoot because of the filth!!! Oh and the smell of the room was Nauseating. There is a certain level of quality that I have grown to expect from Best Western, I didn't realize that Sure Stay was this bad! They would not refund my room so I was stuck, I sent my brother and the kids to the Holiday Inn down the street. I guess Sure Stay is their Crack Hotel level!!! So much for being a Diamond Club member. I will be changing to a different Hotel chain going forward.

  Reservation made through booking. The room quality for the price was ok unfortunately I was triple charged for this stay. Once by booking, next time at the desk after taking my deposit without my knowledge! ( I saw the notification on phone next morning) When contacted with front desk staff I was relegated to talk with booking because it was totally ok for them that I pay doubled price. And today when my deposit charge was changed to exactly a price for my stay without any message why it was not fully refunded.
