- GJG J2 days ago3.0Our first time here...the positives - very comfortable beds, good breakfast, front office staff, and next to a variety of food outlets. Negative - it was noisy in the room. The wind was whistling through the gaps in the windows in the evening, and there's some (surprisingly) busy industrial roads adjoining the property that get quite noisy after 4.30 a.m. Maybe the windows need replacing as they just don't stop the noise or seal effectively?Power washing (?) the driveway at 7 a.m. and jack hammering just after 8 a.m. outside our room wasn't great after waking up so early - could they schedule this maintenance after most guests have checked out? Lastly, really appreciated getting an email/txt when the room was available for check-in - nice touch.

Staff was friendly and changed my room. I have to stay in a room right next to the mechanical equipment room. It was extremely difficult to sleep due to the noise coming from the machineries. There was a constant vibration in the walls. As a bonus, I have attached a photo of a cockroach I found in the room.
