  We had a fairly lousy experience. We only stayed one night on a Saturday. It took 25 minutes to check-in. It was 4:00 on a Saturday and they only had one person checking people in. The room was very clean, but I was surprised to see only one-ply toilet and tissue paper. After a sleepless evening of constantly waking up in a baking room after the AC unit loudly clicking off, we realized the following morning that our room was right next to the industrial linen dryers so our room was soooooo hot and uncomfortable. We couldn't get the AC to stay on long enough to keep us cool. We've stayed here a few times before and it just keeps getting worse. I don't think we'll stay here again.

  This hotel is in major need of a remodel. There are visible stains in the bathtub, peeling wallpaper and dated brown cabinets. The room feels old when you walk in.

  + 1 star for housekeeping staff (I can tell they work really hard at trying to keep this property clean) + 1 star for location and coffee in the lobby each AM To start: we knew this was a budget hotel and were not expecting anything but a clean room. Have stayed at many Hilton properties of all kinds. While our room was clean the property itself showed EXTREME neglect from the owners. Terrible odor down the halls. Filthy carpets and walls throughout property, felt like we were in an old abandoned office building when walking down the halls. While the carpets in our rooms had been vacuumed you could tell they've never been professionally cleaned and had years of odor and stains. We bought slippers to wear in the room. The bathroom was enough to make us faint. Moldy. Peeling walls. Every fixture in the bathroom needed to be replaced. This is not a housekeeping issue, this is from greedy owners not upkeeping the property. A small bag of opened condoms and empty water bottles were sitting by the elevator and were not picked up until the next day (assuming staff left for housekeeping to deal with?) We stayed here two nights and will never be back. I wish I had read the reviews before booking instead of trusting the Hilton name that should absolutely be taken away by corporate.

  I usually will not do a review but our experience was not great. I am purposely leaving this review in hopes the owner we met Friday night sees this. I am generally pretty easy going and very understanding that things happen and we work around a solution. Candace (2nd shift) at the front desk was AMAZING, through all the hiccups we had she was still yet respectful. Patrick (swing ) came in and try to recover and even though he was not able to fix the problem, he REMAINED respectful apologetic and made me feel that even though we wound up with no where to sleep again, he ensured he made us feel respected and appreciated for our service. My credit card being billed for 3 extra rooms mistakenly, still these 2 workers deserve an appreciation. Because it was truly a rough night driving 6 hours there to encounter this. The purpose of this post is the 1st shift guy, Andreas. DISRESPECTFUL, NO COMPASSION, AND JUST DOWN RIGHT RUDE. Because of this guy, I would never stay at this hotel again. I was advised to call back when housekeeping get in and he told me it was 8:58, they dont clock in until 9 and the head housekeeper will call me when she get a chance. Their was a bag left in one of the rooms and the audacity to not want to help find with all the understanding we had, this guy does not need to represent this hotel. He mentioned the fact that I have called several times, he has already told Nicole, the manager and she would call me Monday. If she is anything like this guy. The Ownee we met, was very pleasant. He was trying to help because they ran out of key cards and starting passing out drinks. We didnt want any however the idea to calm ease was showing appreciation to the guest. THIS ANDREAS GUY....DISASTROUS! Then he had the nerve to tell me housekeeping can't talk because they dont speak English. Hello, I am African American, but yet bilingual. How Racial?
