When I went to ask at the front desk where it was they told me to “go look for a black box near the pool”. Wt… the kid at the front desk said, “I don’t know and there is no one I can call”.
- CCChelsea CookeNov 19, 20252.0We had a fairly lousy experience. We only stayed one night on a Saturday. It took 25 minutes to check-in. It was 4:00 on a Saturday and they only had one person checking people in. The room was very clean, but I was surprised to see only one-ply toilet and tissue paper. After a sleepless evening of constantly waking up in a baking room after the AC unit loudly clicking off, we realized the following morning that our room was right next to the industrial linen dryers so our room was soooooo hot and uncomfortable. We couldn't get the AC to stay on long enough to keep us cool. We've stayed here a few times before and it just keeps getting worse. I don't think we'll stay here again.
