    Staff was incredible. Breakfast was decent room was busted up. Pretty bad shower had a big crack in it some other random damage.

    The Wi-Fi in our hotel rooms (2 hotel rooms btw!) Specifically 318-316….. did not work at all yesterday. I tried troubleshooting on my own, restarting devices, reconnecting, unplugging the TV that it seems connected with the router behind, and following the instructions provided, but nothing resolved the issue. Because of this, we’ve had to rely entirely on our personal hotspot and mobile data. I reached out to staff for assistance multiple times. I called for help but was told they were unable to resolve the issue and no real solution or follow-up was offered. I also went to the front desk last night to report the problem in person. The night agent was unable to assist and told me I would have to wait until the morning. My concern is that my room number and the issue were not written down or documented at all, so it didn’t feel like the problem was being taken seriously. Additionally, the interaction at the front desk was disappointing. The agent appeared distracted, watching a TV show and eating, and it felt like my request for help was an inconvenience rather than something they wanted to resolve. I left without any support or clear next steps. I know how to connect the Wi-Fi and do login. Its not my first rodeo Reliable Wi-Fi is an essential service for guests, and I expected better communication, follow-through, and customer care. I hope this feedback helps improve both the technical support process and the level of service provided to guests experiencing issues.
