- DDDYJ1948Nov 14, 20254.0A nice hotel with decent and spacious rooms and the shower works well and bathroom has all the amenities. The beds are very comfortable and service is very good. However, we had bought some chicken sandwiches and were planning to refrigerate but there was no refrigerator!!! We ended up throwing them out! That was disappointing. Also at 2:40 am, the heating unit started a rumble that sounded like there was a truck in the room! It was so loud but I was able to turn it off after 5 minutes. Finally despite breakfast “made to order”, when we got to breakfast, the eggs, potatoes and meats were all lukewarm or cold. The potato’s tasted like rubber. Still it was a cut above many other hotel breakfasts. Also, they have a small fitness center which works and we used.

Not only was she the most helpful she really got us the room we wanted. Hope to run in her again on our way back next year.

I didnt even get to stay at the holiday Inn, the service wasn't helpful at all and charges 100$ for deposit that wasnt included in the original price when booking on booking.com. and was told by staff at the property that all places had deposits. And they were gonna charge me 8$ for water, untill some other staff came and corrected him that there was water for free. When I went to ask the clerk if I cancel through them or booking, they told me its through booking, then went through booking and booking told me to message the property to see if I can get the fee waived. I called the property and they refused to give me a refund. Ended up going to motel six with no deposit and way cheaper.

You can not find that kind of service anymore. The house keepers were rude I could hear them gossiping as I would walk past from my room speaking of guest and co workers making fun of people. When I asked for new towels they were too busy talking I had to ask again then getting a rude look for interrupting.over all it was a okay experience.
