- SAShayadul AlamDec 29, 20251.0The front desk lady was very unprofessional. Check out time was 11 am, and without no reason the door key was not working from 10 am. We had to stay outside of the room at least 30 mins. We went to the front desk and asked the lady why this happened. She was like it is normal and she explained like this is because of the cell phone magnetization 😡 I asked her we all the time carry our cell phone into our pocket and its working. She was not even apologizing for that service!!! We requested her to extend the check out time for 30 mins as we were outside of the room, but she was not agree and she was telling us that if we check out after 11 am, they will charge extra 35$ for every hour, but this was totally their service fault!!!

In the morning, around 10 a.m., even though the checkout time was 11 a.m., the key cards for all the rooms suddenly stopped working. This caused a lot of unnecessary hassle during checkout. The lady at the front desk was rude and claimed the issue was caused by “mobile magnetism,” which made no sense and didn’t seem like a valid explanation. She didn’t apologize even once and instead acted as if the problem was our fault. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience, especially during checkout, and the staff’s attitude made it worse. I will avoid this place in the future at any cost.

Rooms were clean, modern with plenty of outlet for electronics and the mattress was excellent The breakfast was plentiful, yummy with some low calorie, low fat and vegan options. And last but not least my favorite, biscuits and gravy!
