(IHG website glitched and allowed me to book even with a dog filter applied) I have been trying to figure this out for a month and I was told I would be refunded but the GM is never available to update me on the refund, They then told me it wasn’t approved for a refund and I’m back to square one being out of luck. They have yet to resolve this issue and make it right. I will not be returning here.
